Bases Loaded-The Baseball & Softball Superstore in Rancho Cordova, CA is growing and we are looking to hire Full-Time & Part-Time Retail Customer Service Associates to join our team. Then Bases Loaded is ready for you to try out for our team. These positions are hourly positions. Bases Loaded is flexible to work around other commitments! We are looking for long-term permanent employees not seasonal help. Starting hourly wage depends on experience.

Requirements:
Knowledge of Baseball and/or Softball or Sporting Goods Experience Preferred
Previous Retail Experience a plus
Friendly, Outgoing Enthusiastic Personality

Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude by listening, understanding and responding to customer needs while being committed to exceptional customer service.
Communicate effectively and professionally with all associates and customers.
Read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area and register area by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching, kneeling and climbing a ladder; ability to lift and/or move up to 50 (fifty)pounds at any given time.
Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
