Position Summary:

BetterU’s Sales Team Member provides support for potential patients who are interested in learning more about psychedelic therapies. They specialize in educating these patients about proven alternative mental health treatments/psychedelic-assisted treatments, while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective patients via phone and email
• Maintain accurate, complete, concise and timely documentation
• Scheduling initial intake appointments for patients
• Perform other job-related duties, as may be assigned, by leadership

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Deep compassion and empathy for others
• Knowledge of HIPAA and a background in working with confidential information
• A willingness to learn and a growth mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability and tools to work remotely
