We are seeking individuals early in their sales careers that understand lead generation, nurturing, and progression. We will teach you cybersecurity. And that cybersecurity training will not be staring at a screen or reading a book. We will fast-track your enablement by involving you early on in our team selling process, working closing with our sales executives and engineers.
As you progress, you will quickly be able to present our offerings, recognize buyer’s needs, and design solutions. And get rewarded for your efforts right away through an uncapped lead and sales commission program.
Success in this role will take you to the next level, advancing to a business development executive, pursuing, and closing increasingly complex deals and building out accounts with our full portfolio, which also means a corresponding increase in your compensation.
Responsibilities:
This role will typically serve as the point of initial contact for client prospects, leading them through the early stages of the sales lifecycle, including:
  • Contact with inbound and outbound prospects
  • Discussion and demonstration of SecureSky’s services
  • Initial solution ideation and capture of client requirements and scoping information
  • Tracking and nurturing of prospects
  • Escalation to expanded sales team at the right time

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • 1 to 5 years sales experience; this is an early or second career position
  • Prior software, cybersecurity, or technology sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience and enjoyment working in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven for outstanding results with focus on quality and customer outcomes
  • Devotion to sales development, achievement and driving career forward rapidly
  • Excellent oral, written, and social media communication skills
  • Curious, positive, and competitive attitude
  • Located in Omaha, Nebraska area for hybrid office hours a plus, but position also designated for remote WFH employees
