We are looking for a few more Real Estate Agents to join the Morton Bradbury Real Estate Group in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle area.

We are a VERY busy, small team of real estate agents with a strong flow of incoming clients.

We have a great support and administrative staff to help qualify clients and coordinate transactions at no additional cost to our team agents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Record videos of homes as needed

Skills and Requirements

  • North Carolina Real Estate License required
  • Proven track of successful sales record. Minimum of 10 real estate transactions preferred, but exceptions may be made for hard-working agents!
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Ability to record videos of homes for clients
  • Willingness to adapt to a growing team
  • This is a commission based position, not salaried.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
