$60,000 - $250,000 at plan

This is a Home Sales Advisor | role offering substantial earning potential within our company that believes culture eats strategy for breakfast, in an industry that is sustainable, and recession-proof.

Earn between $60,000 to over 250,000 in your first year. Experienced High Performers reach over $150,000 plus. We value promotion from within, so in addition to clear paths for advancement, we offer opportunities for lateral shifts across different departments.

In this role, you will:

• Complete a comprehensive training instruction program in your first 5 weeks.
• Grow, develop client relationships, and manage a substantial pipeline of business.
• Work with a team of highly motivated, fun, caring, like-minded individuals.
• Actively pursue and develop opportunities in residential construction, real estate, MTF, commercial, and restoration, and your customer will come to know one name for all their home service needs.
• Promote our home services model for a holistic engagement with the marketplace, and work to create organic returning earnings.
• Receive assigned, pre-vetted territories with an acute need for home services.
• Manage customer expectations and experience throughout the sales and construction process.
• Manage the customer relationship from the beginning to the closing out of the project.
• Above all, create raving fans of yourself, and our brand to promote top-of-mind referral opportunities that keep the customer coming back.
• Adopt our go-to-market strategies of engagement and selling ideologies.
• Develop relationships, with homeowners, insurance agencies, mortgage bankers, property management companies, HOAs, commercial properties, and your sphere.

What you have:

• A 2 or 4-degree or 1-year related work experience | retail, customer service, business. development, order fulfillment, SDR, and a strong desire to change the course of your life.
• Strong communication skills with a passion and aptitude for serving and helping people.
• Strong ethical standards to create raving fans for you and protect our brand.
• Desire to determine your earnings based on Your efforts and our guidance.
• Business-minded spirit, fluid, and agile thinking.
• Passion for solving problems and nurturing relationships.
• A desire for personal growth to create a high-quality lifestyle.

What you will get:

• A dedicated mentor for 1.1 coaching.
• Earn between $60,000 to $100,000 plus in your first year, High Performers can reach $200,000 plus.
• Onboarding and training pay is distributed over the 5-week coaching period, in addition to commission earned, and bonuses weekly.
• Unlimited commission paid weekly.
• Soft leads in predetermined territories.
