Our client is a national multi-award-winning print / digital publishing and events company with a focus on the 'elevated' cannabis lifestyle, especially appealing to the "canna-curious", "canna-moms", and new users in the medical arena.

As a Media Sales Executive, you're a community manager responsible for driving new sales through community outreach, face-to-face appointments, and event organization. You'll work independently while benefiting from the support of a national brand with an excellent reputation.

We're seeking persons with outside sales experience, preferably in the Cannabis industry.

Job Title: Community Manager

• Drive new sales through community outreach, face-to-face appointments, and event organization.
• Sell inclusive subscription packages and utilize your own network for success.
• Build strong relationships within the cannabis community and sell digital, print media, and event sponsorships.
• Work independently while benefiting from the support of a national network.
• Help exceed business expectations and contribute to clients' growth in the cannabis space.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a full sales cycle with outside, face-to-face sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using CRMs
• Understanding the cannabis culture is required.
• Must be 21 or older.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Integrated into the local cannabis community and attend regular networking events.
• College education is preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $34,724.25 - $80,695.62 per year
