Business Development Research Specialist – Confidential Law Firm

An ADP Client is actively seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their team in Miami, FL.

About the Role:

Our client is a boutique law firm with several offices nationwide. They are looking for a Business Development Research Specialist to join their team in their Miami office. This individual should possess strong organization skills, have an ambitious attitude, and be able operate in an autonomous and independent manner to fulfill the necessary duties of the role. The specialist will collaborate closely with the business development team and attorneys, providing them with actionable insights and recommendations to pursue new business opportunities. This role requires excellent research skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into concise reports. This individual will be provided thorough training for all research related tools and resources.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist attorneys in conducting research and investigations into various violations of the law.
• Conduct research in a factual manner by using a variety of credible internet resources.
• Attend meetings and be well versed with fellow attorneys at the firm.
• Work closely with the business development team and regularly collaborate with the team via video conference.

• Organized, detailed oriented, professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously within a fast-paced
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Tech-Savyy & proficient in using internet search engines for research purposes
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• 4-year college degree required
• Team Player and ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals. Willingness to share knowledge, contribute ideas, and work together to achieve common goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively, prepare reports, and collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams.
