We are looking for a reliable and professional personal assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation
  • Assist with personal errands, such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, picking up children, and running other errands as needed
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as requested
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
