Roles & Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a savvy sales professional with skills and experience selling cloud-based, data-powered, business solutions. Specific requirements are:

  • Minimum of 3 years of direct B2B sales
  • Proven track record for establishing new business relationships and gaining commitments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with a variety of client types and levels
  • Experience working in and/or selling SaaS software systems, solutions, or consulting services
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or major
  • Fully competent PC and MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Experience managing sales activities and process using a CRM system
  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated
  • Above average organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify market opportunities and business potential
  • Identify and qualify leads and sales opportunities
  • Co-develop and deliver business proposals
  • Initiate, develop, and close sales opportunities that result in new client acquisition through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and direct marketing campaigns
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations
  • Expand business in existing accounts by introducing additional services and solutions
  • Contribute thought and information to corporate sales and marketing strategies
  • Remain current with industry, sales, and business knowledge
  • Attend trade shows and conferences
  • Meet annual sales goals
Status and Location:

Full-Time, exempt, base salary and commission with benefits. To be effective in this role, the candidate will reside within the Minneapolis metro area or within a sustainable driving distance.
