NOTE - MUST RESIDE or be moving to Colorado within 60 days.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate properties for value and condition.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Prepare and present proposals to investors.
• Assist in the preparation of property listings on the company’s website.
• Create and maintain records of all transactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

Experience:

• Real Estate Sales Experience (Preferred)
• Real Estate Licensing (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point (Required)
• Property Management Software: PropertyPal (Preferred)

Pay: $37,633.00 - $158,611.00 per year
