DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Regular and reliable onsite attendance

2. Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and patient protocols. Comply with all current government regulations and professional standards respecting patient care.

3. Responsible to generate, review, and submit inventory reports for efficient overall company operation.

4. Handle calls regarding service and repair.

5. Performs in home assessments on required patients accurately to ensure “in the home” use.

6. Delivers and trains patient/caregiver on usage of equipment.

7. Troubleshoots problems and initiates corrective action.

8. Delivers equipment as required in accordance with industry standards and applicable governmental regulations including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines.

9. Assists with location coverage including, but not limited to, manage phone systems, assisting patients with order questions or needs, and assisting with intake process.

10. Report equipment hazards and/or products incidents as required in accordance with company policies and procedures.

11. Educate patients in proper use and care of applicable equipment in a home setting. Get all appropriate delivery paperwork completed accurately.

12. Document all information necessary to ensure reimbursement for all appropriate equipment, products, and services.

13. Assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours.

14. All other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

1. Prior delivery experience strongly preferred

2. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal

3. Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills

4. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as deemed necessary.

5. Must carry personal liability car insurance with a minimum limit of $100,000.

6. High level of attention to detail

13. Must have a valid driver’s license with, or ability to obtain, Class F endorsement, and proof of clean driving record

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

1. Lift/move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift/move up to 125 pounds.

2. Ability to stoop, bend over, kneel, sit or stand for extended periods of times as needed to meet customer’s needs

3. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. The employee is required to sit and stand.

4. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

5. This position requires the ability to drive an automobile

6. Must be 21 years of age to comply with company auto insurance regulations.
