We are a specialty pharmacy and DME business specializing in diabetes care and looking to hire a Regional Sales Representatives in the greater Tulsa Oklahoma area.

Our Regional Sales Representatives will spend half of their time visiting doctors offices and clinics in their assigned areas and the other half of their time on inside sales. The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson who will hunt new business, grow existing opportunities and foster current customers as a regional account manager. This role will be responsible for generating new sales with annual targets. This role is responsible for building relationships with new accounts and customers that feed into our business and will work cross-functionally across our team internally and externally to identify and serve as the top of our funnel in order to drive qualified leads, sales, awareness, and engagement. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with our Manufacture Partners and their salesforce to capture referrals. Critical to this is role is an ability to build relationships with key contacts to identify referral and sales opportunities.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to interact with patients, company staff and perform team work
  • Ability to work and interact with patient care professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Reliable transportation to commute to doctor offices and clinics that specialize in diabetes care
  • Minimum two years sales experience with professional knowledge and skill as sales representative
  • Excellent communication and persistence skills
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Able to maintain internal and external professional relationships that maintain core values of the company
