Due to growth in the industry (and company), we are rapidly expanding our Dr. Dish Basketball team, and looking for a driven, sports-oriented team member to represent our products and work inbound leads with "warm" calls as a Business Development Associate or Representative. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Making initial contact with basketball coaches and potential clients, sparking interest in the product
• Creating genuine interest in Dr. Dish Basketball and working quality leads to build your pipeline
• Researching and developing different strategies for new basketball (training) leads
• Managing and organizing process through a CRM (Hubspot)
• Answering inbound phone calls and emails
• Assisting with mining of social media leads
• Managing logistics and periodically representing our brand(s) at trade shows, clinics and events (Traveling 25% of the time)
• Negotiating price-points on sales and closing deals (We are not simply order takers)
• Achieving personal and company goals
• Showcasing positive, energetic customer service to customers -- Client First!
• Working to continually expand interest in our advanced Training Management System, HOME Dish model and the Dr. Dish CT
• Providing input and ideas on ways to grow -- Both personally and for the company
