Full Job Description:

Brolo Insurance Group in Maumelle, Arkansas is looking to hire highly motivated individuals who are coachable, have a strong work ethic and excel in a competitive sales environment. We are looking for someone who is excited to have a long-term career where they can grow with one of the Top Allstate Agencies in the company!

As an Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, your primary role is to achieve agency growth through property and casualty insurance sales.

  • Achieve goals by writing new property & casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency, referrals, networking and outbound and inbound calls.

As an agency that has been in business a very long time, we have thousands of prospects for our sales agents to work from. You will also grow your pipeline through your own self-generated referrals from the community, social media and other centers of influence.

Qualifications Needed in Order to Apply:

  • Current Arkansas Property & Casualty license REQUIRED.
  • 1 year prior Sales experience
  • Must be available to work 8:30-5:30 CST.
  • Allstate Insurance experience is preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening
  • Proficient in technology and computer skills
  • Must be highly motivated, coachable, determined with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to problem solve, be adaptable and must possess ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of Sales Agent:

  • Primary Responsibility is to Quote and Close new business for agency growth.
  • Prospecting for customers with the intent of quoting households, presenting quote proposals, overcoming objections and closing sales to generate new business.
  • Build customers relationships through rapport and consistent follow up with prospects.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support and sell new policies based on our agency value proposition.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
