Now Hiring - Professional Services Commercial Account Manager in Knoxville, TN

The ideal candidate will be in charge of servicing, reviewing, and cross-selling accounts. From making adjustments to current policies to consulting insurance for new business, you will be responsible for handling commercial insurance accounts. This position is ideal for someone is team-oriented, motivated, and who has a charismatic, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate consulting for new and renewing policies
• Increase agency value through timeliness and customer service
• Cross-sell and up-sell current policyholders
• Communicate with clients on the phone, email, and in-person
• Maintain organization of all accounts
• Input and organize date in client management system

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Extraordinary customer relationship skills
• Great attitude and charisma
• Experience with Nationwide Insurance is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance related jobs
• Insurance License/Experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
