LUPICIA is an international tea purveyor and has a store in Australia, France, and over 100 stores in Japan. Our mission is to offer the highest quality teas possible as well as deliver new varieties and flavors to people throughout the world. We sell over 100 different kinds of tea and also carry tea accessories at our Ala Moana store. This is the best place to work for Tea Lovers and/or someone who has an interest in teas!

• Providing exceptional customer service with pleasant manner in person, on the phone, and email correspondences
• Retail experience and/or customer service experience is required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule to include morning/evening, and holidays/weekends for 5 days per week (**The first 3 months is paid-probation period. Your employment status will be determined after 3 months depending on your performance.)
• Cooperative team player who loves to interact with a wide range of people
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to lift heavy cases for transferring products from the warehouse and receiving shipment at the warehouse
• Accuracy on cash, credit/debit charge handling
• Basic typing skill is necessary.
• Second language proficiency is a plus but not necessary.
• Ability to build knowledge of over 100 teas and related products
