Paul Lang- State farm agent is looking for a licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong desire to learn and grow, and an ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who can build a trusting relationships-based business with the opportunity to grow into a franchise.

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to potential customers, setting appointments with potential clients, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for managing client accounts, collecting payments from clients, and managing client accounts through ACH deposits. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and manage the relationship between the client and the company in order to achieve long-term success.

Requirements

• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
