POSITION Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role on the sales team by supporting sales managers. They will lead a variety of sales impacting projects from start to finish. The position is based at Outdoor Edge’s office in Lakewood, Colorado, and reports to the Vice President of Sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Sales presentation coordination
· Sales tracking
· Key retailer account administration
· Customer new item and account setup and initiatives
· Sales support management and delivery
· Monthly communication coordination
· Assist outside reps with dealer sales
· Trade show operations
· Store & rep training
· Merchandising execution

QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2+ years of sales or sales operations experience in the outdoor or consumer goods industry preferred
· College degree in business preferred
· Ability to communicate persuasively over the phone, in writing, and in person
· Ability to travel up to 40 days per year and occasionally travel over the weekends
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Ability to learn CRM’s and computer programs quickly
· Experience with NetSuite is a plus, not required
· Able to lift 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
