As a Sales and Design Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and establishing strong partnerships with end-users and builders in ORLANDO and the surrounding vicinity.

You have 3 - 5+ years of outside sales experience with products in a B2B and B2C capacity. You know how to close business with commercial and residential consumers as well as builders.

ABOUT US In our 16,000-square-foot facility, we manufacture our high-end, custom window treatment products. We also partner with top manufacturing vendors to be sure your customer has all options.

We cater to both commercial and residential markets as Central Florida's provider of high-quality American-made shutters, blinds, and shades. We take pride in our innovative designs, superior craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• With company-provided leads, you will develop and execute sales strategies
• You will work with commercial businesses, residential homeowners, and builders.
• Educate clients on the value of our window treatment products
• Ensure repeat and referral business by delivering white glove service
• Collaborate with clients and builders to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and design preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, keeping the CRM system updated with all sales activities.
• Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in the window treatment industry or a related field.
• Experience selling to both commercial and residential end-users and builders
• Experience understanding and presenting technical product details effectively
• A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• High level of initiative and a drive for success.
• An eye for aesthetics is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

OUR OFFER

• Training pay of $680 per week plus 5% commission (first 12 weeks)
• 10% commission on residential sales, 5% commission on commercial sales
