We are looking for Subject Matter Experts in the following domains:
Semiconductors Electronics and Medical Devices.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:-

We are looking for highly accomplished and passionate team members who are expected to work as part of the Business Development teams in a customer facing role of developing business leads, relationships and opportunities in the targeted domains. The person is to have a wide and deep experience of the Targeted Domains in terms of key roles within organizations.

The person is responsible to connect with key business executives and stakeholders within the customer’s organizations to better understand their needs, challenges and pain points. Then, at high level introduce them to our products and capabilities to support them. The position requires someone with strong motivation, and a desire to work in a challenging environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: -

  • Understand customer challenges, grasp these challenges and the ability to articulate back to the customer in a concise manner.
  • Articulate technology, product positioning and business value to both business and technical users.
  • Keep current on the Target Domain(s) in terms of trends, pain points and changes to the business.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the business development cycle Responsibilities:
  • Gain access to major stakeholders and decision makers throughout a company’s organization structure and introduce the company and its solutions.
  • Setup and support product demonstrations of solutions.
  • Able to articulate the trends, feedback, requirements from the relationship to management and Product Management teams.
  • Proactively create and identify possible business opportunities, clearly defining business values and success criteria that would resonate with the customer.
  • Stay current on competitive landscape to understand competitor's solution suite and value propositions.

REQUIRED SKILLS: -

Must be subject matter expert in one of the following domains:
Medical Device or Semiconductors/ Electronics.

Position requires resourcefulness, methodical thinking, and ability to quickly see direct or indirect opportunities.

Able to assess and identify who the key decision makers and their key focus/drivers.

Ability to work independently with limited oversight.

Required to have the patience to communicate with a variety of stakeholder and executives at various levels within a company.

Excellent English verbal communication, customer relationship management and presentation skills.

Strong written skills and ability to write at the level of the intended audience (from elevator pitches to top executive, to value propositions for a CFO/COO and high-level technical advantages to perk the interest of IT stakeholders.

Ability & willingness to be the subject matter expert in the Targeted Domains.

Preferred skills: -

  • 12+ years as an Enterprise Level IT Project/Program Manager or senior level experience within the vertical.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $154,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
