The company, which grew 133% over the past 3 years, is seeking a responsible and motivated self-starter who is passionate about maintaining customer relationships, providing superior client service, and joining a vibrant team of professionals. In short, you will be instrumental in helping clients successfully run online auctions. In this position, you will gain exposure to many areas of the business and will have the opportunity to grow and advance within the company in the future after demonstrating sustained excellent performance.

This is a full-time remote position. The candidate must be based in North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, or Alabama.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Be the primary point person who is working with bidders throughout the online auction process.

● Ensure bidders are able to successfully bid at client auctions and have a positive experience.

● Exercise independent judgment while marketing client auctions and ensuring the successful operation of clients’ online auction functions, which are a core component of their general business operations.

● Consult with customers to customize NextLot’s software solution and services to their needs.

● Independently devise account and marketing strategies to build and grow relationships with clients to help them run more successful online auctions and upsell additional services.

● Determine the best client solutions based on your toolkit of system and industry knowledge and what has been successful for other customers.

● Provide superior service to customers and users to ensure a positive experience and maximize client retention.

● Implement NextLot’s industry-changing technology based on specific client needs in order to successfully facilitate tens of millions of dollars in auction transactions annually.

● Actively be a part of NextLot’s vibrant internet culture. Even though this is a remote role, the company encourages employees to participate in its monthly, in-person, team building events.

QUALIFICATIONS

● BA/BS degree

● Some weekend work is required

● Outgoing, fun personality

● Ability to multi-task effectively

● Attention to detail and high level of concentration over extended periods of time

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
