[Job Summary]
Our company is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to promote and sell R.test product to schools and districts and other potential B2B partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and network of the K-12 education market, as well as a proven track record of sales success.

[Responsibilities]
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our test preparation products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools and districts, including administrators, teachers, and guidance counselors
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies and product development
  • Attend conferences and events to promote R.test and build industry relationships

[Requirements]
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in K-12 education sales, preferably in the test preparation market
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Knowledge of K-12 education market trends and challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
