Personal Lines Expert Wanted

We offer a WFH position four days each week with Tuesdays in office for local employees. For more than 20 years we’ve provided our employees with the best possible working environment and our customers with the best possible service. Our agency specializes in preferred Personal Lines customers and represents virtually every name brand home and auto insurer in Florida.

We are currently looking for 1 full time LICENSED PERSONAL LINES CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL to join our team.

We offer a very relaxed office environment with flexible schedules, competitive salaries and commission percentages, medical/dental/vision insurance, a matching 5% of 401k contributions, paid vacation, and the latest technologies.

• Must have a current and active 2-20 or 4-40 Florida insurance license
• Current Florida Personal Lines home and auto experience, 3yrs preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Applied/Tam, EZ Links, Quote Rush is a plus
• Positive attitude and willing to work as part of an 18 person office team

Here are some of the duties you can expect;

• Low Call Volume - Our CSR professionals average about 10 incoming service calls each day
• Customer calls most typically deal with policy changes, coverage changes, payments, billing questions, etc
• Review any renewing policies for potential savings
• Re-write policies that are non-renewed or cancelled
• Enter “activities" into electronic customer file documenting any actions
• Counsel customers on coverage and various carrier benefits

Salary: competitive compensation commensurate with experience with regular review

Full Time M-F 9-5 - Remote - Remote/Hybrid

• Tuesday's in office for local employees.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $39,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
