The Cordelle_ - Lead Sales Associate & Site Representative_
Award Winning Venue hosting a variety of event types with a focus on Weddings.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales and events, is passionate about hospitality and client experience. Lead Sales Associate &* Site Representative Schedule*: 5 consecutive days to include weekends with a combination of onsite and remote work flow for three popular and architecturally desirable event venues (The Cordelle, SAINT ELLE & Estelle).

*Base Salary + Commission * Position to be filled promptly * Female Owned * Locally Operated*

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivated leader to join our team. The candidate should be able to provide exceptional customer service as well as ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for effectively communicating in-person and via email with potential leads, hosting sales tours at the venues and following up with potential clients in a timely manner.
• The Venue Representative directly supervises and oversees events at The Cordelle, Saint Elle & Estelle.

Terms: Full Time Sales Associate & Venue Representative, 5 Days Weekly to include weekends

Job Qualifications: Education- Associate degree, Experience- 2+ years in Sales or Events

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication Persuasion, Service orientation, Social perceptiveness, Active listening
