Sales Representatives are critical members of our team who sell petroleum products and services to established and prospective customers, builds profitable business relationships, and focuses on the development of new business.

We are looking for a full-time Sales Representatives who has experience in:

SALES

  • Develop new sales opportunities by calling on established and prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate and recommend products or services based on customers’ needs and interests.
  • Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or applications.
  • Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • elect or assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
  • Follow up on sales leads and perform cold calling of prospects generated from trade shows, website, and other sources.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships; follow-up on accounts to gauge customer satisfaction; and manage existing customer relationships with regular courtesy contacts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Identify prospective customers using leads from business directories, existing customers, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance.
  • Provide customers with ongoing service and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.

SALES ADMINISTRATION

  • Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications.
  • Negotiate and close terms of sales or service agreements.
  • Prepare and submit sales contract for orders.
  • Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
  • Maintain customer records using automated systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales.
  • Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.
  • Verify that delivery schedules meet project deadlines.
  • Verify customer credit ratings.
  • Attend sales or trade meetings or read related publications to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, environmental relations, or industry developments. Maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes that affect Ramos Oil Company business and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants must:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field from a four-year college or university; or five or more years of work-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior CRM software experience
  • Previous sales experience
  • Excel in intercommunications and interactions
  • Strongly motivated
  • Valid drivers lecense
