We have an opening for Assistant Sales Manager. Work for a leading home health and hospice agency in the California and Nevada regions. This position is base salary (Commensurate with experience), plus base plus uncapped growth incentive.

How You'll Spend Your Time:*
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Responding to email inquiries and providing necessary resources

  • Attending site visits, meetings, and virtual video calls
  • Developing professional relationships and exploring business development opportunities
  • Supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing with project-related tasks
  • Summarizing project information for management review
  • Performing administrative tasks related to tradeshow and event planning
  • Regularly checking in with referral sources
  • Assisting in the implementation of growth strategies
  • Managing the sales team, including onboarding and training
  • Conducting ride-alongs with sales representatives
  • Serving as a point of contact for large volume accounts
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitors

Requirements:*
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A driven, energetic self-starter with a track record of achieving goals independently.

  • Proven experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (master's degree preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client trust.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare sector sales and marketing techniques
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create reports and presentations.
