WHO WE ARE

Corkys Footwear is a growing women’s footwear brand looking to expand our Inside Sales team. What started as a small, family owned business in Little Rock, AR has quickly grown into an established brand making a large presence in boutiques nationwide. Our primary focus is creating comfortable footwear for all women without compromising fashion. The perfect individual to join our team will be a proactive, highly motivated, forward-thinking person with a passion for the footwear/fashion industry. *Some travel may be required.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Corkys Footwear Inside Sales Team works as an extension to the Outside Account Executive within an assigned Territory. The role of the Inside Sales Representative will be to focus on the revenue growth of a large existing customer base by driving product sales, as well as, the generation of new business through lead inquiries and cold call prospecting.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience. This will consist of heavy phone interaction, trade show attendance, social media communication, and virtual connection.
• Drive productivity and monthly communication of all accounts through the use of a CRM System and a well-organized follow-up practice.
• Foster customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and business practices.
• Manage all aspects of the assigned territory by developing and implementing sales strategies that promote the sale and sell-through of Corkys product.
• Work closely with all retailers to keep the brand and awareness top of mind.
• Meet regularly with Corkys sales management to review sales data and account management.
• Work closely with all departments to coordinate product presentations and provide feedback on technical aspects of product including design and materials based on what you are hearing and seeing in the marketplace.
• Manage a large number of accounts and sell the appropriate products to drive profitable growth for the brand and the account.

• Experienced- Must have verifiable success in this type of role. Experience in the footwear/fashion industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
