Responsibilities Include:

Contact for Tenants and Owners

Show available rentals

Attract and educate new tenants

Negotiate leases

Update and improve properties to increase return

Oversee Lease Renewals

Ensure all work orders and maintenance requests are processed in a timely fashion

Coordinates Evictions

Approves Maintenance Vendor Invoices

Maintains updated Owner, Tenant, maintenance and property records

Maintains Property keys and ensures Tenant security

Qualifications:

Licensed Associate Broker, Tennessee and Georgia

Some college preferred

Experience in property management, maintenance management

Detail oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize

Strong follow-up skills

Competent with technology

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
