Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced salesperson who has the tenacity to go out and find their own clients. This is a commission-based position with a tiered earning system, meaning the more sales you make, the higher your commission percentage will be. The ideal candidate will have experience working with architectures and will be able to leverage their network to build relationships and close deals.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and generating leads to build a client base
• Meeting with potential clients to present our products and services, including floor plans, 2D/3D modeling and rendering, interior or exterior design, and Landscape, and walk-through animations of interior design.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales representative with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience working with architectures and the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Availability to respond to client emails on weekends when necessary
• A reliable computer and internet connection
