• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads, nurture customer relationships, and close deals.
• Organize and participate in retail promotional events to showcase our products and services.
• Provide comprehensive product education to customers, demonstrating the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing and sales initiatives align with overall company objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales to provide strategic insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to memorize product knowledge and sales scripts.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) to attend conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
