Responsibilities:

- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads, nurture customer relationships, and close deals.
- Organize and participate in retail promotional events to showcase our products and services.
- Provide comprehensive product education to customers, demonstrating the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative sales strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to memorize product knowledge and sales scripts.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) to attend conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
