28 Year Old Nationwide Residential Solar Company is seeking EXPERIENCED Sales Managers. We are looking for a someone to grow our office. Must have 2 year Sales Management experience. This is a Direct Sales opportunity and pre-set appointments are also provided.

Scope of work:

• Prospecting new hires
• Training and developing staff both in and out of the field
• Assist in the facilitation of goal setting
• Coaching
• Motivating staff
• Performance evaluation of staff
• Reporting
• Training new hires
• Responsible for overall department sales performance
• Door to door and trade show experience will be considered first

Pay: $112,300.00 - $256,770.00 per year
