What you’ll do

  • Maintain digital files for the sales department
  • Support the sales department with measurement, tracking, analytics, and other reporting as needed
  • Submit, monitor, and update MLS listings
  • Assist with sales startup and close out tasks for communities
  • Organize and assist with executing team meetings, training and more
  • Monitor license status and assist with industry memberships, including Realtor associations
  • Entering and updating information in Oracle JD Edwards or other systems as needed
  • Leverage systems and refine procedures to drive operational efficiencies in planning, reporting and communication to support a positive team culture and the business plan
  • Act as sales backup support as needed
  • Additional duties to be discussed

What you bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on occasion as needed
  • Business minded professional with exceptional interpersonal and customer relation skills; excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Computer literate with proficiencies in computer entry and using software applications, such as Microsoft Office, is essential
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work productively with little direction or supervision
  • Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • A solid understanding of confidentiality and discretion exercising extreme confidentiality with sensitive corporate issues and information

Bonus points

  • Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous CRM experience (Oracle or Sales Cloud) ideal
