Our process breaks up the traditional loan officer role: marketing, sales, origination, processing, closing an enables the outside sales rep (you) to focus on just the sales effort.

Our marketing team tees up business to business leads through social media proactive, co-marketing efforts. The outside mortgage loan officer will engage with those leads to establish a relationship and will work with our inside loan department to close any revenue opportunities.

Our inside loan officers focus on origination and work closely with processing and underwriting to ensure loans are structured correctly from the start and close on time.

Responsibilities

• Meet face to face with potential and existing relationships in a local market.
• Place outbound calls to both warm and cold prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat B2B opportunities.
• Promote LoanFlight's products to relevant third parties in the local market.
• Explain, at a high level: FHA, VA, Conventional, Reverse, Non-QM, Fix & Flip, Hard Money, Bridge loans to third parties.
• Work with internal marketing team to help build the brand and communicate any marketing materials needed.
• Communicate revenue opportunities to internal loan team.
• Accomplish company mission by completing related tasks as needed.
• Track activity in CRM system and provide management with activity reports.

Qualifications

• An active NMLS license is required. Please do not apply otherwise.
• An existing network of referral business is preferred.
• Have a well developed phone presence and comfort level in initiating conversations.
• Self-starter and proactive problem solver.
• Experience with using a CRM system and online platforms for organization.
• Experience in the mortgage industry as a real estate agent, loan officer, title representative is a required.
• Track record of success working in the mortgage retail channel or with investors.
