YOUR MISSION:

• Manage our call room of lead generators that reach out to prospects who’re interested in what we offer and transfer them over to correct department
• Assist in setting targets/ goals for individuals as well as for the team
• Interview and select new lead generators
• Hire and onboard new employees
• Oversee a team size of 11-16 lead generators
• Measure performance using key metrics
• Devise ways to optimize procedures and lead distribution
• Keep staff motivated
• Monitor and review phone calls to ensure quality service
• Oversee team member development, including training and in the moment coaching

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Prior experience as a Call Center Supervisor is a plus
• Prior Phone sales experience
• B2B phone sales experience is a plus
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

WORK HOURS:

· Full-time in-office position

· Monday - Friday from 9am-5:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch

COMPENSATION:

· $40k Base + performance bonuses
