Responsibilities:

• Work in the field attending community events and building relationships and referral partners.
• Enroll individuals in Medicare Advantage.
• Actively derive new ideas and work strategies for sales and growth initiatives.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active Illinois State Producers License, Life & Health.
• Must have at least 1 year working full-time in the field meeting with customers face to face preferably in their home.
• Must have at least 2+ years prior experience in Medicare.

Compensation:

• Base compensation of $45,000+
• Commission per individual you enroll
• You are reimbursed for mileage
• We also offer a ramp up compensation of an additional $1,250 per month for the first 3 months plus a signing bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
