Work Now Staffing has an exciting opportunity for an energetic motivated Staffing Account Manager to work in Saint Petersburg, FL.

Pay: $45,000 + pay depending on experience, plus commission. Additionally, you will receive car/cellphone allowances, and benefits.

** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING FOR A STAFFING AGENCY **

** MUST HAVE OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE ( Not an inside sales position ) **

Account Manager - Staffing Sales Job Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in sales
• 1 year in temporary employment agency experience
• Need to be a great sales professional, self-starter and a closer
• Assertive or goal-oriented
• Positive, high energy and enthusiastic with an eagerness to learn and grow
• Drive and passion to excel in sales
• Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment where priorities are continually changing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficient use of recruiting software, preferably Avionte Bold

Account Manager - Staffing Sales Responsibilities include:

• Manage daily business development client visits and proposals
• Develop a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate new business
• Build and maintain an account portfolio of clients and prospects with top employers and business segments in the local market
• Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity
• The desire to work in a team-focused environment
• A genuine interest in learning about client organizations and providing quality solutions
• The accountability to deliver positive, measurable results
• Communicate openly, honestly, and directly with executives and team members
• Interact professionally with others
• Perform other duties as assigned
