Now Hiring - Professional Services Outside Sales Representative in Kansas City, MO

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced outside sales representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling foundation repair services to homeowners in the Kansas City Metro area. This is a full-time, in-home sales position that requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outside sales, particularly in the home improvement or construction industry. Knowledge of foundation repair services and techniques is a plus, but not required. We will provide extensive training on our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home sales presentations to homeowners in the Kansas City Metro area
• Educate homeowners on the importance of foundation repair and the benefits of our services
• Assess the condition of foundations and provide recommendations for repair
• Prepare and present customized proposals to homeowners
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
