Now Hiring - Professional Services Sales Representative in Louisville, KY

Job Summary: Falls City Beer and Old 502 Winery is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative. This position is responsible for working independently and deciding how to best grow the winery and brewery in Louisville and surrounding markets. They will also assist in cultivating customer relationships and delivering delicate customer care of every shipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Direct quarterly meetings with distributors to discuss market growth and opportunities
• Track weekly sales reports from distributors
• Monitor distributor’s inventory based on rate of sale and create suggested purchase orders
• Work together with distribution partners on quarterly programs and incentives
• Schedule and execute market ride along with territory reps and managers
• Organize and conduct meetings with national and regional chain account decision-makers and buyers regarding new placements and display opportunities
• Manage expectations with local retailers on displays and features
• Design, develop, & implement private label beers/wines for bars, restaurants, and retailers
• Inspect pricing on all packages, by market, to ensure we are in line on margin and with competitors
• Coordinate with Event Coordinator and appropriate ambassadors on events, planning, and tasting schedule and give direction as necessary.
• Work with Accounting on sending BOLs and confirm invoices before going to distributors
• Identify ways to innovate and gain more market exposure for the winery and brewery
• Coordinate with all winery employees to ensure we are covering all markets & accounts
• Monitor Sales & Inventory to build out forecasting on ordering & packaging
• Coordinate with Head Brewmaster on current state of beer in tanks
• Communicate with Head Brewmaster on monthly Brew Schedule based on POs from distributors
• All other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience:

• At least 3 years of Sales experience required
• Ability to translate brand consistency/ company goals into event execution
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule such as evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,044.25 - $51,838.23 per year
