We are looking for a Listing Agent to join our team and help us provide the best real estate services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients to schedule appointments daily.
• Prepare and present listing agreements to clients.
• Conduct market research to determine the best pricing for a property.
• Network with other real estate agents to promote properties.
• Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Ensure that all paperwork is in order so that our admin may insure accurate compliance with our local market center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $96,231.00 - $112,473.00 per year
