During the past 3 years GoldenHome has begun focusing on the US and Canadian frameless Cabinetry markets. We have set up 10 Regional Distribution Centers across the US and in Canada. We are continuing to expand our footprint across the US to insure coverage across all of North America.

Our goal is to become one of the largest, most respected higher quality frameless cabinetry brands in the US and Canadian markets and deliver better quality product solutions with higher levels of Customer Service. Responsibilities

GoldenHome International is seeking Business Development / Sales Manager to hunt for new residential multifamily construction projects and acquire Project Dealers or distributors in the West Coast. This is a new position created due to business expansion.

We are a better-quality frameless cabinet manufacturer and require outstanding customer service skills to develop long term customer relationships. Travel is expected to be in the 50% to 60% range.

This is a work from home position if required.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include at least 2 years SALES experience in Multifamily Residential Projects in the building industry or cabinets industry. Kitchen Cabinet Experience highly desired.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This is a high visibility position with great opportunity for growth and earnings potential.

Benefits

Compensation Package - GoldenHome offers a compensation package that will include a base salary in the $55,000 to $80,000 range, plus commission, and the potential for a corporate Bonus based on individual and company performance. We will set up your home office with a company laptop computer and printer and you will receive a company cell phone. A monthly car allowance and full Expense account for business operations is included.

After probationary period of 120 days, Healthcare for employee and a company matching 401k are available. GoldenHome offers 8 paid Holidays each year. First year vacation is prorated based on length of service.

Base Salary: $55,000 to $80,000 annually plus Commission and Bonus
