CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTS

Braman Honda Palm Beach is currently seeking Customer Service Specialists to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer service oriented individuals who understand the wants and needs of our automotive service customers. The primary goal of a Customer Service Specialist is to schedule incoming service appointments and make outbound calls to ensure that customers are receiving an elevated level of customer service with regard to reminders of service due, maintenance specials, etc. .
Responsibilities of this full time position include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Inbound Service Calls
• Outbound phone calls to current customers that need to schedule regular maintenance due, service specials currently offered.

Qualified candidates will have:

• CRM experience
• Experienced with all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Internet savvy
• Bi-lingual a plus
• Exhibits the ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, teamwork, organization and customer service
• Possess the ability to create and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to multi-task
• Flexible schedule to include Saturday schedule.
• Must be capable of passing a background check, motor vehicle records check and pre- employment drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
