Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze customer data for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes, and set target ratios.
• Plan and execute sales strategies for assigned customers, aiming to achieve KYC target ratios and individual KPIs.
• Manage product costs and pricing, striving for company revenue and profit maximization.
• Develop new customers and promote new products, coordinating internal production scheduling to meet customer OTD (On-Time Delivery).
• Regularly visit and interview customers to understand their needs, coordinate internal departments, and communicate across different locations to solve problems.
• Plan local inventory in the United States.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB/CCL/OEM-related business or minimum 3 years of experience in technical/customer service/quality assurance roles.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess strong analytical and logical thinking abilities and be able to work well under pressure and in a team.
• Proficient in PCB or Copper Clad Laminates experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese language is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
