We're looking for a Sales & Operations Tech, a dynamic role that will leverage advanced technology, strategic thinking, and exceptional customer service to broaden our reach across the U.S.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales & Member Acquisition: Engage and convert a national audience through energetic outreach and potent presentation. Your mission is to transform potential leads into Alden members, focusing on both on-site and off-site users.
  • Account Management: Nurture your portfolio of accounts, fostering lasting relationships with members to ensure high retention rates and continued growth.
  • Platform Implementation & Management: Assist with the onboarding and implementation of the Alden platform at member sites, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality, ongoing maintenance.
  • Customer Focus: Adopt a customer-first, hands-on, approach; striving to understand the unique challenges of each member and tailoring our solutions to fit their needs. Your customer service skills should be top-notch to maintain high service levels even after the Special Ops team departs an area.
  • Innovation Input: Harness your industry knowledge and insights to contribute ideas to Alden's product pipeline, ensuring we continue to solve real market pain points with our innovative products.
  • SaaS Upselling & Conversions: Spot opportunities to upsell our SaaS products and convert off-site members to on-site users, thus expanding our member base and their utilization of our services.
  • Support Special Ops: Work collaboratively with the Special Ops team to prepare new markets for entry, scheduling appointments for in-person visits and maintaining high service levels post-departure.
  • Intensive Partner Management: Work at a fast pace with testing laboratory partners in your region to ensure quick turnaround times and top-quality service for our customers.
  • Engage and Convert: Your persuasive skills, combined with product knowledge, will be key to upselling our anticipated SaaS offerings and converting off-site members to our on-site platform. Every interaction is an opportunity to showcase the benefits and value of Alden's offerings.
  • Champion Member Success: With a laser focus on our members, you will ensure their needs are met, problems are solved, and their overall experience with Alden is positive. You will build and nurture long-term relationships, transforming customers into Alden advocates.
  • Manage and Maintain: Be the gatekeeper for Alden's promise of delivering consistent, high-quality service. You will manage the Sentry platform, member account/inventory, and perform status checks on the Alden member, addressing any issues promptly to enhance our customers' trust and satisfaction.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: You will stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer pain points, leveraging this knowledge to contribute to Alden's product pipeline. Your inputs will help us ensure our solutions are always relevant and valuable.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Diligently track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis to gauge sales and operations performance. Generate insightful metric reports, sharing results with the team and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
