Highlights of your role

• Team Leadership: Provide leadership direction for inside sales and service support to our customers. Coordinate general workload, staffing needs, employee evaluations and change management. Provide coaching and mentoring within the workgroup, acknowledging the need for consistent and fair administration of Marvin policies and procedures. Provide needed tools and training that encourage personal and professional growth opportunities along with ongoing, timely performance feedback applying consistent one on one interactions. Support and model the Customer Service aspiration/vision and live the Marvin values.
• Process Development and Improvement: Set goals for work groups, strive to improve efficiencies, and meet key metrics that support a positive customer experience.
• Planning and Execution: Develop department business plan and budget in support of Marvin focus areas and direction. Supervise progress and provide direction to ensure goals are met. Manage costs and present updates on budget and business plan objectives.
• Team and Cross-Functional Participation: Engage, assist, and influence cross-functional partners to meet your, and Marvin’s, business plan goals. Ensure all team members have a voice and confidence to express their views.
• Personal Development and Misc: Use self-learning to develop your leadership talents and increase your self-equity. Assess your skills frequently and seek feedback for improvement. Develop relationships throughout our customer channel as well as cross-functionally within Marvin.

You're a good fit if you have

• Budget and planning experience
• Prior experience leading a customer focused team
• Building industry knowledge preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills; verbal, written and presentation
• Ability to resolve issues and negotiate solutions
• Ability to design, implement and supervise department plans and metrics
• 4 Year degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred

Salary Range (based on experience): $75,000-$90,000)
