BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:

You proactively identify roadblocks and overcome obstacles to increase business while enhancing the Federal client experience. You partner with clients and build relationships that foster trust and long-term retention. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
  • Respond to inbound calls and marketing leads, manage sales and service requirements and engage boundary partners to resolve issues.
  • Develop and foster valued based relationships with Federal Government Clients by providing active and consistent sales and support efforts.
  • Grow key Federal Government relationships and maximize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell by consulting products and services.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and the evaluation of internal processes and tools.

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise

Required qualifications:
  • Experience: Two years of experience supporting Federal clients; Experience selling data, voice or video solutions in the B2B industry; Proven record of sales success with references.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Organizational, prioritization, presentation and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Able to obtain and hold security clearances; Competitive and driven to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals and stay motivated while working within company policies and Federal regulations; Ability to listen to individuals on the phone while navigating multiple screens and entering information.
  • Travel: Travel up to 50% of the time. Must have valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
