- Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling on residential builders and remodeling contractors to promote and sell fabricated countertops and other stone/ marble/ granite projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, experience with building materials, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders and remodeling contractors in the designated territory.
- Promote and sell custom fabricated natural and engineered countertops and other related surfaces.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the territory.
- Develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to stay current on industry trends and developments.
- Prepare and deliver sales estimates, bids, and proposals to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or a related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
