We are hiring an energetic, full-time Marketing Coordinator who will be the key ingredient in helping funnel buying opportunities to our sales acquisition teams to make purchases for flipping, building, and/or renting - take our current marketing strategy and put it on steroids! The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and experience in developing and implementing marketing plans. The Marketing Coordinator will be able to do B-to-B sales, manage a small team of virtual team members, manage the current marketing, and deliver new winning marketing strategies for the team. This position is in-person.

Responsibilities:

• Start and begin marketing campaigns for the team to receive leads for home buying.
• Continue marketing campaigns for the team to receive leads for home buying.
• Create a brand for the company to saturate the Market - Market Domination!
• Create new marketing campaigns centered around the company brand.
• Create marketing material through virtual assistants or team members.
• Implement and disperse marketing material.
• Analyze and report campaigns to the team and adjust as necessary.
• Put systems in place to help the team track, monitor, and magnify incoming leads.
• Hire, negotiate, and implement marketing partners to run and implement the strategy, plan, and material the Marketing Director has put in place.
• Utilize the current marketing methods: TV, Radio, Texting, Cold Calling, Direct Mail, PPC, SEO, Facebook, and Monthly Networking Events sponsored by us.

Qualifications:

• Marketing Degree or 2+ years of marketing experience or 5+ years experience in the real estate industry.
• Specialty in home buying marketing / real estate wholesale marketing.
• 1 - 2 years experience in B2B sales.
• Experience with marketing plans and strategies.
• Networking experience is a must - you will be the face of the company!
• Must be creative and artistic.
• Must have integrity - be a hard worker!
• Must be able to work independently - be a self-starter and go-getter!
• Must be willing to work till the job is done.
• Must have graphic design skill sets.
• Must be local to Memphis.
• Excellent communication skills - be talkative!

Compensation:

• Salary - $45,000
