As a setter, you'll play a critical role in generating new business for us. You'll be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients in our target market, making outbound calls and emails to prospects, and setting up appointments for our sales team. You'll need to be a pro at qualifying leads and building strong relationships with prospects and clients.
We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a sales business development role. You need to have excellent communication skills, be a master at building relationships, and be able to work independently. You also need to be familiar with CRM software and sales automation tools. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to warm leads who are potential prospects to purchase our services
- Setting the appointments with prospective clients with the closer
- Actively use and update the CRM system (customer relationship management) to document and track calls and interactions with potential customers
Requirements:
- Some experience with phone sales, customer service, qualifying sales leads and/or setting appointments is preferred
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional and friendly phone personality
- Prior experience with CRM software is preferred
- Previous experience in financial industry is preferred

Full time contract position. $20/hour plus commission. Pay ranging from $40-70k a year.
