What do you do when you have a database full of potential customers, but not enough time to call them all?

Answer: Hire an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) and pay them well.

As an ISR you will start out calling qualified contacts that are already required to use the training, consulting, and auditing services Axeon provides. Your job is to generate interest in a 3-5 minute call and transfer them to a seasoned closer.

Once you learn to generate strong leads, you will be promoted to closing your own deals. Most are promoted within 3-6 months to close their own deals.

Pay 1st year $60K-$85K.

Each year you will give yourself a $10K-$30K raise.

You will hit $100K in 2-5 years. You decide how quickly you get there.

Requirements

• Associates Degree with Sales Experience- Bachelor's preferred
• Must work well in a team- Looking for John Stockton, not Russell Westbrook.
• Intelligent
• Enjoy speaking with people
• Inside Sales Experience
• Demonstrated Experience as a Top Performer
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of the Sales Culture
• Must be driven for success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
