Job Description

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties for sales staff.

• Recordkeeping responsibilities including sales reports and travel arrangements

• Updating Passports and Visas for Sales Department

• Creating Sales Quotations and Contracts for Customers in SalesForce and Microsoft Word

• Creating and tracking Customer Correspondence

• Maintaining Customer Contacts Database

• Maintain Industry Periodicals for Sales Department

• Filing government documentation for Sales of Machinery

• Provide general support to customers

• Perform any other duties needed to assist salesmen in meeting their customer requirements.

• Receptionist Backup

• Schedule Meetings

• Produce Sales Dashboards and Sales Analytics

• Assist Marketing Team with Various Projects

• Gather and mail brochures, drawings, etc. for salesmen.

• Assist in maintaining inventory of sales brochures.

• Maintain supply of company letterhead and stationery.

• Responsible for mailing monthly birthday cards to customers

• Responsible for annual mailing of mouse pads to all customers.

• Responsible for mailing Thanksgiving cards to customers.

• Position receives frequent instructions from salesmen and works moderately independently.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum two-year college degree or equivalent experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Software. SalesForce experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, keyboard and printer. The employee is frequently required to move about inside the office and plant. The employee is frequently required to communicate and exchange information. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
